The Original flavor recipe has been a family secret for over a decade. This flavor was given to friends and family as gifts. We took it to picnics and get-together's. After finding how versatile our cheese is, and being told for years that we should put this product on the market, here we are! We opened our business in March of 2006 in Battle Creek, MI.  In late April 2006, we added two new flavors to our line. Our Jalapeno, and Mild Robust Beer Cheese were both added due to your input. We have had so many requests for these flavors we felt compelled to bring them to you. In September 2006,we released our Bold Robust Beer Cheese at local stores as well.  We have had more requests and we are listening.
